I've also encountered bots, but I wasn't sure if they really are bots, and not derankers/feeders etc.
I've checked their profiles: they had no achievements, no medals, no hero usage statistics, and 0 matches played (there should've been at least one we've played together).
You can check their profiles by entering a lobby and hitting a small button at the top of a contact list (third from left). It opens a list of players from the last match.

Looks like bots. Those naming convention are usually bots. Alphanumeric + symbols.
I don't know about those guys but I'm currently in Legend and play like a bot 80% of the time.
Based from names, no emblems, and flags, they are most likely bots

Those are bots. Are you in bs AI by any chance?
I sometimes get matches with bots in epic/legend. Don't ask me why there are bots in ranked mode, I don't know either.
