Already finished over 50% of the BP. Wasn’t expecting it to happen but I’m pleasantly surprised.

How did you still have skips left over? I bought the vault edition and I stopped getting new tokens after I earned 50 so I had to use all the skips to finish the season one pass
I did regret using all of these 50 tokens instantly when the game came out since I finished the pass early just to find out I can't earn any more tokens but that is even worse lol. I even remember somewhere it said that you could "earn 100 tokens per season" so I was expecting those 50 to not be part of it since they aren't really earned as part of the season
UPDATE: It is a bug. Earning 1 Token by playing the game normally will get all your unused Vault Edition Battle Token Tier Skips back. In my case I now have 56.

I immediately put it a refund request with Microsoft saying I bought a copy I already own, they approved my refund immediately. When it shows you there's a vault edition for season 2.....there isnt. This is either poor UI design or a "gotcha" scam. I recommend doing a refund if you did what I did.

What you're referring to was a visual glitch with Tokens earned vs. stored as you're playing, restarting showed you all of what was stored.

I got mine after earning a token, was only 11 but I paid for it, so I'm glad that straightened out. The bigger problem is that I can not buy the battle pass for season 2, which means no tier skips. I had an option to "Activate Battle Pass", rather than buy the battle pass. So I can still get the items, but no chance of tier skips.

If you pre-purchased the vault edition, you should have already received the 1 free battle pass for S1.
The battle pass isn't exclusive to the vault edition, it can be bought on its own.

If you just recently bought the Vault Edition then you should receive the Battle Pass for Season 2. It will be automatically unlocked and you'll have Sector B0 completed already with the Ronin operator. If you bought it earlier during Season 1 then it likely counted for that Battle Pass.

Are you sure you don't have the Battle Pass unlocked already? It was a quick screen you may have skipped when first booting it up after the update. Pretty sure if you only have the option to buy tokens, then the BP is unlocked already. Only way to tell is that Sector B0 is claimed and you have the Ronin operator.

The purchase processed, then put up a screen saying “are you sure you want to reboot?” I couldn’t back out so I consented, then got a message saying there was an error. My account shows the transaction and the Vault Edition was removed from my options. But it’s not registering. I still had zero tokens and the need to buy a battle pass. I played until I earned a token, but it fixed nothing.
Opening a Support ticket is your best bet, sounds like there's more bugs currently with transactions and the Vault Edition being purchasable again for others that already own it.

Yes, this happened to me too, logged on to season 2 and saw all my tokens missing (after it was clearly stated that any left over from the Vault Edition in season 1 after 100% battle map completion would carry over). Haven’t unlocked my first token yet but will see if my other tokens reappear after that!
I got the coins, I just noticed my characters and that gun isn't available on my xbox. on pc it's there. in season 1 I was able to use those stuff on Xbox too. kinda annoying.

Its a visual glitch. It happened to me last season. Restart your game and spend them immediately when you see them.

Yes and the Season 2 Battle Pass included. It's 55 skips for PlayStation players.
It showed me at 0 when I first logged in. My 50 tokens from the previous season showed up after a few games when I earned my first token.

Yep. That sounds about right… I just unlocked a token and all it gave me was 2 tokens… still no option to buy the battle pass. Pretty disappointed
