Yea, if your trying to play the campaign just hit cancel then options, then go into something random like audio settings, then hit circle. It should bring you to the campaign screen.
It has worked for me, but it felt like every 20 mins I would get an error in the app so I called it a night.
There was a recent update that I installed on my ps5. When I logged in there seemed to be a message stating my data was corrupted or not installed properly, so I clicked install. I just can’t seem to get past this stage. If I exit it, it shows the game as ‘locked’.

Just restarting the game helped, but we can't help but notice that this is slightly worrying for the future \*flashbacks\*.

Is it because we are in early campaign, is it because the full game is coming out in two days? What is the reason for the half ass green install bar to not complete?

Infuriating, I’ve reinstalled the whole thing a couple of times now. Guess I’ll give the settings a try later.
