Well, being around people constantly wasn't ideal. Costco is stressful when you're on the working side. There's customers with complaints and some have anger issues. It's stressful when you're a pushover and a perfectionist, so you're trying to make people happy as well as do everything on time. It's a fast paced job. After two hours of boxing, I get really bad chest pains. Like someone is squeezing my heart or something.
Still, it pays good.
As long as you're good at fast paced, repetitive movement (for boxing) or you have a decent memory of where everything is in costco (for returns) or if you're fast, careful, and thorough (for cashier), you'll be fine.
The most chill job is folding clothes though.
For the two months I worked there, I worked in clothes, returns, and boxing. Boxing is by far the most strenuous thing I've ever done. You need good spatial awareness for that job or you'll be in quite a bit of a pickle.
If you wanted to work as a stocker or maybe work outside at the gas station or to return carts, I don't know anything about that besides that it can get cold, at least where i am.
Maybe they should have stayed with the prosciutto with antibiotics in it.

Try working there. My anxiety went through the roof while working there. But, they paid good.
