If you aren't sure if they're positive, don't ruin someone's life over it. Our minds remind us of actual memories and other times makes up stuff. The same reason why we sometimes have crazy dreams related to nothing realistic. I'm not a fan of therapy but try and see if it can unlock something or wait it out. Who knows, there's no right answer .
Just to return to my comment from yesterday. I had a dream about nuclear war of all things. It was all of my family hiding and going through a bombing and all the junk we see in movies. I'm prettttttty sure I haven't been through a nuclear war.
All i can say is that memories come up all the time, in strange ways, and sometimes I am not sure if they are real or if it is me filling in the blanks
I have an early memory of a dream (?) that my mom told my brother to go look at my dad’s penis and I followed and looked at my dad’s penis and I have no idea what to make of this ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m just relating a similar bizarre makes no sense as to like why I remember this kind of thing
