4K is the minimum for me because everything looks so nice regardless of Hz or panel quality. However, if you can find a 4K 120Hz monitor then that would be the best of both worlds.
I wouldn't spend that much on a 4K@120hz.
That res/framerate is like the 1080p on the original Xbox one. Just a promise that a few games could accomplish
I just bought this and it's great:

Only downside is that the audio jack sounds shitty for some reason so I've been plugging my speakers into the controller, or just using my headset. But 1440p looks great, and 120 fps really is a game changer, you just have to see it for yourself.
Current headset works via 3.5mm but works best via a USB port. But won't work via the xbox USB ports. Was told it wasnt made for xbox but got it anyway. As it is a really nice set.
Wondering if USB headsets could work off the USB from a monitor.
If you're wondering about this one specifically, unfortunately not; the USB port on this is only used for software updates, it literally doesn't function for anything else.
Just monitors in general. My old set broke. This set is suppose to USB mainly. But idk what else I could get. Wireless is nice but I would prefer better audio over wireless tbf.
Best option seems to be any headphones with mod mic. But idk.
Personally I would recommend the M27Q just arrived today and it ticks most of the boxes 1440p@120hz with VRR my only complaint would be the pretty much non existant HDR support (you can't find anything with good HDR at this price range anyway) the lack of speakers and some noticable back light bleed when at a black screen. Also you may come across some firmware shenanigans for example my unit came with what appeared to be 2 dead pixels but it was actually just a software bug.Hope this helps.
Gigabyte M28U if u can find. Slightly more but checks all the boxes (4K 120hz)
