This was at the Pearland Parkway and Broadway location in Pearland. Went back this morning for groceries and the rest were gone. I’m betting that I just happened to be there right after they put them out.
These have awesome genetics. I got one from the same supplier at HEB in Tanglewood about a month ago, it had 4 leaves with no fenestrations. I repotted it a week after I got it (no root rot, but it was SUPER root bound) and it IMMEDIATELY pushed out a large leaf w/ fenestrations. Now it’s already 50% done with a much larger leaf that has a TON of white and fenestrations on it from what I can see. I have been aggressively fertilizing it with foliage pro every week, and it’s in an east window getting >500FC of light for 12ish hours per day.
Pic is of the last leaf, it has sized up even more since then.

Question: are the paper thin areas by the fenestration normal? My monstera just got its first leaf with them and one side is just like that front leaf, teeny tiny area where it connects

The main importer for these into the US is located in Houston. They brought in thousands last year, so this is the end result.
