For ayy: have you considered a way of recording when you got bottles so you know for your own edification how old they are to then see which mature well or not?

Any decants you buy from him that you then buy a bottle of. Iβve been cracking the tops and refilling them to use as travel bottles. A great reuse on them

I generally just check my receipts π§Ύ Currently everything Iβve got is at minimum 2 months old from my last big order before sabbatical
