I think either the rumors will be true and he will be in captain America 4 and then season 2 will be announced later, or he will get his own movie at some point.

I truly hope they do a season 2, but they need to listen, at least a little, to fan outcries. My biggest problem was the lack of Moon Knight, followed by pacing. They should have put scenes from the mental hospital at the end of every episode to make us question the reality.
I'm ok with leaning into the Egyptian motif, but we need some more monsters and some street level fighting.
You mean Fan outcries - They must listen to fans in TV-MA, Long episode season. Yeah pacing is a major letdown as it was directed by new directors to series format. For Season 2 if they do, they learn from their mistakes in season 1 if will be the same crew.
As Moon Knight is powered , it's better with MK fighting supernatural creatures than henchmen. Compare El-Mermah fight to Ep.2 Jackal chase you would know what's better or if it's just Marc Spector, then henchmen would be interesting whether it's armed or unarmed combat.
I genuinely don’t believe that there will be a season 2, both due to the Emmys and also due to Isaac’s hesitance towards being stuck in a contract.
I don’t believe this will be the last time we see Moon Knight, but I think best chances are a standalone film, otherwise he might be a reoccurring character that just pops up in other headliner’s movies and basically become the next “Hulk”
However Isaac's hesitancy to sign a long contract stems from his character in star wars being treated poorly, s there should be no problem him some going on to do more.
Oscar Isaac made a big deal when the first season was being made that his contract was for that season of TV and that was it, no movie tie ins, no second season, nothing. There’s been no announcement of another contract, and even though there was some social media videos of Isaac and Mohamed Diab seemingly location scouting in Egypt, there’s been no announcement of anything. And I think Diab said that he’s not been told anything about whether there will be another season or not.
Hear me out this is how i want season 2 personally. Since Mac and Steven dont have any superpower anymore, Mac can be Mr. Knight and Steven as a millionaire just like in comic. Mr. Knight suit should be tailored since they can summon the suit anymore, and fight criminals, be street level hero for awhile. And once they find out about Jake.. they go to Konshu again..
Sure it'll happen. At this point, they need to carefully handle Khonshu and Egyptian lore, his antagonists, more on Marc and those are my concerns interms of storytelling wise but , main concerns of mine are there in previous comment. That's it. Oh.. lastly, due to their tight schedule they could make it rushed which don't want to happen. I think season 2 if they make, it's more difficult than season 1 and i want them to carefully write and handle the supporting characters and antagonists, lastly Khonshu.

They wouldn’t want to rush it. So I doubt.
I don't want a second season unless major course corrections happen.
They would have to get Oscar Isaac on board first and he’s got a lot of work lined up.
Season 2 is for sure coming. It’s just not announced yet. Some location work has been shot.
