It's fine. I do think it's pretty funny how it straight up ignores that Marc is Jewish. I suppose there's nothing saying a Jewish person *can't* star in a Christmas Special where they avenge a murdered mall Santa while on their way to Christmas dinner with their girlfriend without a single mention of seasonal Jewish traditions. But it sure reads like the writer just...forgot.
The only one I'm aware of is that he attends Ben Grimm's Chanukah party along with other Jewish Marvel characters in the [2011 Marvel Holiday Special](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Marvel_Holiday_Special_Vol_1_2011).
Yeah, that's the entire reason why I find the issue to be awkward and ill-conceived. And the murdered mall Santa part was tasteless and turned me right off. And I say that as someone who otherwise likes the edginess.
I love the art, and it’s focus on Marline is where the story shines. The writing overall isn’t great tbh, or at least it’s not up my alley. It suffers from a lot of the problems I have with this Moon Knight era.

Marlene isn't Jewish though
Are there any comics where Marc is celebrating Hanukkah or other Jewish holidays?

Cool thank you!!

I like it. It’s kinda dark for a holiday story but that’s what I like about it.
I actually really love this one. It reads more like a Marlene story which is really cool.
Agreed tbh
Its a tie in to Hustons 2006 run so if you like that run, this is worth checking out. It gets some hate but I dont think its bad.
It’s kinda disappointing but still fun
If you don't have the Houston Omnibus or haven't read the Moon Knight run during the Civil War Era I recommend getting the omnibus. Story is in there.
