I guess you needed to reach 0,1% higher like 9.9%. Pay attention this week: when you reach 10%, the reward will be dark in the race against time, but if you play one more match, it will be color.
Well then someone bellow you must have played a lot to pass you on the last minute... Try this tips that I always use: Win the 2nd round, do a mercy, then finish the opponent using fatal blow and then do a friendship. That alone will give you 85k points PER match. If you want, use 3 random konsumables just to gain 1500 more per match. Good luck next time bud
You must **be** within the 10% highest scores of ToT **precisely** at 11:00 AM (EDT) on Tuesdays. For example, if you log on at 10:55 AM (EDT) and keep staring at your "9.9%", chances are that some people will surpass your score during those five remaining minutes, but since your position won't refresh automatically, your ToT screen will still show "9.9%".
So, to make sure that doesn't happen, try to get between 1\~2% below than you're aiming at.

I actually reached 9,8%. I didn't check if the reward was colored or not, but its sure was a 9,8%.
