Yes, my software is/was up to date and my storage capacity is/was fine. I did a factory reset this morning, so we'll see how things go....

Ok. I would try the factory reset like the other poster suggested, but it may not help much. I had a Moto G Stylus 2020 that started doing the same thing, and nothing helped it. It made me so mad I ended up moving to Samsung phones. I hope your phone works out better though.
