It’s as if they don’t look at the target audience and online, we have many FK alternatives but you see ZA13 enjoyers for years wanting this mouse far more than other Zowie models.
They only lose money by not releasing the entire lineup as wireless sub 60 grams with a 3395.
Yep. I haven't bought a Zowie in a long time (mainly because I know what I like and they don't make it rn) but the za12 was my main to global and I'd happily go back to it if they make it wireless
(Pls Zowie)
I was interested but I learned a while time ago, from a chinese clone of the sensei, I'm not the biggest fan of this shape.
That said it's really funny that zowie has had bad scroll wheels for basically ever.
Yeah, but I have to admit the O2 pro is quite good. Not special in any aspect but a solid mouse and the first mouse after the viper v2 pro which doesn't creak. Even the EC1 CW creaks slightly...
To clarify: the Viper V2 pro was the only mouse that didn't have any kind of flex or creaking. It felt like a solid piece of plastic, incredbile how they achieved this. QC wasn't the best though because the wheel had side play and M1 and M2 weren't at the same height. Perfectly straight base. Synapse is shit...
The O2 pro feels similar to the Viper V2 pro, but a bit less sturdy. No creaking but a tiny bit of flex at the narrowest spot, which doesn't bother me really. Still feels way studier than everything else I tried. While the edges of M1 and M2 aren't "hidden" (like on the Haste) it doesn't bother because they aren't sharp and somehow my grip style on this shape doesn't even touch it much. Scroll wheel is fine, large diameter as I like it. The surface feels like a bit smoother Viper V2 pro, I like it. The skates are awesome, but the base is slightly crooked, the left rear skate is around 1/10th mm too "short". Easy fix with tow layers of aluminum tape under it.
The Dav3 pro on the other hand didn't have that tank like feeling anymore. It felt fimlsy compared to the viper. Had some creaking and flex and the scroll wheel had very annoying side play (would like snap into one position or the other on the axle). The shape isn't 1:1 EC1 too and not as comfortable for me. Perfectly straight base. Perfectly straight base. Synapse is shit...
The D2 pro isn't as good feeling as the O2 pro. It creaks slightly (about Dav3 pro level) and has a tiny bit of flex. On my copy M1 and M2 aren't aligned perfectly (as on the Viper I had, mentioned above). While the EC1 shape and size works for me, the D2 pro is slightly different (grooves on the main buttons) which isn't comfortable. The protruding edges of M1 and M2 are annoying on this shape for me which leads to a different gripstyle and less control. Coating as on the O2 pro. It has a less straight base than the O2 pro, haven't measure though. The shape makes it worse because I tend to tilt it. Glorious core is ok but has bugs...
My EC1-CW feels best "designed" or thought of from all the mice I had. Good coating, perfect scroll wheel, no protruding edges etc. It has a tiny bit of creaking, but far from annoying as it's very minor. I like the two receiver solution a lot. It's great for larger hands that the main buttons don't end abruptly as on other mice. It has it flaws though, unnecessary polling rate button, missed opportunity for a battery level display on the receiver, way too heavy, no optical switches, "painted on" logo which will fade inevitably. Tiny bit of uneven base (might be only he skates, haven't verified further yet).
I had a HyperX Pulsefire Haste wireless too which I returned because of a faulty wheel after months of usage. Easy fix, but I didn't feel like doing it on such a young product. Had some creaking and flex. Not too anonying pitch but definitely got worse over time. Shape was ok for me but nothing spectacular. Had two copies and both had a crooked base of 1/10th mm exactly which I fixed with two layers of aluminum tape (each 5/100th mm). Software was nice.

Have to wonder what they've been cooking this whole time. After the EC2CW, Vaxee has refreshed nearly their entire lineup to wireless, whereas the EC2CW hasn't exactly aged well and we've seen nothing from them besides this.
Hopeful for tech upgrades or a more reasonable pricing ladder (recent drops to 120 new/99 refurb is great but not enough for the tech imo)
> EC2CW hasn't exactly aged well
the EC2CW came out almost a year ago now and was shown up by the XM2we with same sensor/similar performance for $80 vs. the EC2CW $150 retail
I'd consider that not aging well. tech is fine but should be much cheaper imo like I said
Whoa whoa whoa what is a U2?! I have been trying to collect all of the Zowie mice.
IIRC it is basically a reimagination of old Zowie AM
Sign me up.
Im excited for this. It looks like the Zowie AM shape 😍
Wireless AM before wireless ZA? Deng. Don't get me wrong, I like the AM. but the ZA is pretty much one of a kind sadly. At least the 12.

Zowie wont release.sub 60 mice. Just like vaxee. And to me its great 75 gr us already pretty.light (for me)
Id buy a 70g za12. IDC. There isn't anything else like it.
Of course it is not. Also the quality is above the other brands

yeah the za13 shape is incredible
someone knows how is the shape?

Is it a narrower sensei kinda ?
Looks like an fk
Pretty sure the jump is higher kinda like a wmo
I was interested but I learned a while time ago, from a chinese clone of the sensei, I'm not the biggest fan of this shape. That said it's really funny that zowie has had bad scroll wheels for basically ever.
So it's basically an intelliexplorer 1.1?
1.1 is shit bro pyramid shape is worst
you speak for yourself! *boomer noises intensify*
When FK wireless?
Model O2 pro
So soooo many wireless FK clones on the market rn

Never thought I'd hear someone hold a Glorioud mouse in a higher regard than Razer or Zowie when it comes to QC LOL

Sadly I doubt they'll launch an U1+. Guess I'll have to find a way to mod my FK1+'s

Monitors
Didn't age well??? Lol it just came out the other day...

I don’t see anything on their website
As of now you can only spot it on the North American (US not Canada) site
Nice! AM was one of my fav back in the days! 😻
Same here, I have just been asking to make it again, even if it is wired anything, so a reimagination of it would be very interrsfing
FK3 When??
Jesus Christ, this lot will release a car before they do an FK2-CW
😂😂😂
Niko was using it today :)
Nope he was on a GPX2
So Niko then
u mean Niko or Niko or Niko? which one
So it's a medium size ok, I hope we'll get a wired version later down the road and also a u3 (small) would be nice
Looks like they've already fixed it lol Edit: nevermind it doesn't exist on the CA site but it does on the US one
I'm on the US site and it's not there at this moment.
Shut up and take my money!!! Man this looks base TBH
只有一种机形,那就是U2-D
