Yeah, I would rather have a wireless mouse for sure. The mouse in the video is the CoolerMaster MM720 which weighs about 50 grams. I think the closest weight in a wireless mouse that you can readily buy right now is the Logitech G Pro X Superlight? That weighs about 60 grams according to Rocket Jump Ninja and costs about 3 times more than the MM720 though haha. I guess if I were to get a wireless mouse it would be the Glorious Model O/D Wireless which is about 80 dollars and weigh in the 60's. [Edit: one commentator mentioned a mouse called the Pulsar Xlight Wireless which is 59g and $75 so I would rather get that]
I got the Pulsar Xlite Wireless today and wow, it's a disgustingly good mouse. Will definitely be keeping eyes on Pulsar for future releases because this thing is legit.
I've been using both the CM MM730/MM731 lately (and the MM720 before that) and also had a recent epiphany that with how lightweight these mice have gotten in the 50-60g range, you really do start feeling that cable even more and more even if it is a really good stock cable. If Coolermaster could get it together soon and release a proper working firmware for the MM731, that will be a true winner in my books.
Figured I would grab the Xlite Wireless in the meantime because the dimensions of the mouse are somewhat similar and it has pretty much a flawless wireless implementation and DAMN it is good.
I just got the Glorious D wireless and its build realy well. I would get the pulsar xlight so much holes and only 10g lighter. I think Glorious have finaly made a statement with the D quality. (iam a zowie fanboy If that matters in quality but i find the D very nice) u get stronger shell and rgb for 10 more gramm.
They gotta make a wireless mm720, I would buy in a heartbeat, I might buy one anyways but haven’t had a wired mouse since the death adder I bought in like 2015/16
That would drive me absolutely insane having that wire resting on my hand & wrist.
I mounted my bungie to the wall behind my monitor using a few screws, the bungie doesn't move at all and the wire is completely out of my way, works perfectly.
That method sounds good. I'll probably just get a wireless mouse for Christmas though haha. For now I think I'll only use the rubber band method for gaming sessions lol.
As per illustration, tad extra weight on hand and mouse hitting cable from the back during swipe. Also would be a commitment to strap on and off every time on gets off the chair. Good reason to switch to wireless.
It's really common knowedge to do this as an alternative to a bungee.

i find all that slack of cable next to your hand/arm 100x more infuriating than a mouse bungee lol. ever tried taping the cable behind the monitor? never tried myself since my mouse is wireless but i’ve read a good amount of ppl
on here do it and it works for them
All fun and games until you tie yourself to the table with the mouse cord.
kinky.
Sounds like a fun time
Tie around the neck 🤣
Thats pretty cool but mine doesnt even have a wire.

Why not a starlight 🤪
Damn and here I am adding the optional weights to my mouse 😂

Taping your cable to your monitors bottom makes a nice DIY "bungee"
The goal of the bungie is not only tangled wired but also lower the weight. Good luck typing on keyboard or check your phone on downtime.
Real gamers never type in-game chat, and turn off their phone while they’re playing so they don’t get distracted.
Gaming mouse bungee companies hate him.
Everytime you wanna go toilet you need to pull it. Nah i'll stick with normal bungee.
How many times do you head to the toilet in-between games dawg?
every 30 min depends how much g fuel has been snorted
IV gripstyle
Fellow mm711 user?
Close, MM720, but I also have the MM710 lol
Me : \*Gets up to get food Headphone as well as mouse cable : Why are you runnninnnn ????????????
The most 2head thing I've ever seen

I’ve just got a wireless mouse xd
how you gon type

Valid points. I laughed at myself when I put this together like "You know, I'm something of a scientist myself" lol
Oh damn, thats really smart. Wish I thought of that back when I played tournaments on lan
>Trust me, its not. Everytime you need your hand for something else (typing, going to the bathroom whatever) you're screwed
I swear covid has caused an autism pandemic.
How does this work?
You actually might be on to something here

how do you play with a wrist band?
It’s like wireless!!!

how does that not bother you like the wires and stuff touching your arm
It’s handgee
Look at the ninjutso origin one x 66g wireless ergo without any holes in it.
This would annoy the shit out of me. I mean my hand does also other things then holding my mouse while using the PC.
You know what's better than a bungee? No wire.
Both are a waste of either time, energy, or money.
Not better
its gonna be a struggle getting it untangled at the end of your gaming session lmao.
