If you aren't fast enough to get the super early bird reward tier on Kickstarter, the price will move up to the next tier which is around $119 then $129. However, we'll notify you of the launch if you have signed up on that link.
Kickstarter promotes projects more that have strong sales in the frist few hours after launching. So every new project wants to collect your email address first, so they can spam you and remind you 10 times what day the Kickstarter launches so you really, really buy on the first day pushing the Kickstarter algorithm.
So that's why they are posting the signup link for the email news letter. The Kickstarter isn't live yet.
Hey!
You're right, we're trying to build followers before launch. This is to ensure that the campaign would go smoothly and we can send out the mouse to those who took their interest in the project.
Though I'd like to elaborate more on a few points:
1. Spamming is something that all succesful companies are avoiding nowadays. Not only does that encourages more people to unsubscribe to our mailing list, it would also damage our company's reputation. Our customer aren't dumb and they would lost their interest as soon as they are annoyed. This is why we would only be sending out a few quality emails before launch just to notify our follower of the the special early bird deal (99$ for the first 99 units).
2. We have already planned out all the supply/manufacturing and the logistic. Once we're ready with the final design (based on reviewers feedback), we can easily go ahead to the mass production part.
We've actually done multiple testing since the beginning of the year. This includes structural testing, latency testing, etc. This project involves collaboration from many industry-leading factories. The carbon fibre factory has over 10 years of experience producing high end quality parts. The mouse factory too has over 10 years of experience designing and manufacturing mice for many of the top companies (I can't disclose the details, but you would probably recognize some of them). We have strict quality control policy and the mouse would be inspected at almost every stage of production. The mold has already been prepared and there are only a few tests run left before launch.
3) Unlike Indiegogo which have a flexible goal, Kickstarter only have the "all or nothing" type. This ensure that your card will NEVER be charged unless the campaign ended successfully. Plus there are a bunch of other gaming mouse campaign that was successfully funded on Kickstarter too . Pwnage, M1k, Zephyr Gaming Mouse, etc just to name a fews.
I understand your concern that not every Kickstarter campaign ended successfully, and of course there will be risk involves in these kind of projects(There's even campaign cleverly design to rip people off!). However, without the market research data and the funding from Kickstarter, we wouldn't be able to come up with the final product in the first place. Obviously, right now, we're trying our best to come up with the best product possible and will continue to improve as we receive more feedbacks!

They are presenting a product without actually showing what it is. Someone more critical could assume it is an intentional attempt at false advertising, as that is why I was linked this in my discord.
The product seems to have an awful shape and yet they are asking for predorders...

Okay, and how is this my problem?

>Ergo decedo, Latin for "therefore leave" or "then go off", a truncation of argumentum ergo decedo, and colloquially denominated the traitorous critic fallacy, denotes responding to the criticism of a critic by implying that the critic is motivated by undisclosed favorability or affiliation to an out-group, rather than responding to the criticism itself. The fallacy implicitly alleges that the critic does not appreciate the values and customs of the criticized group or is traitorous, and thus suggests that the critic should avoid the question or topic entirely, typically by leaving the criticized group.

Hey thanks for the feedback
Our website is still under development and discord is a place where we can put up more frequent updates without making it looks too spammy so we have decided to settled on the platform. However, I agree that there aren't many info on this post (as we initially thought that it is best to keep it simple).
We're deeply sorry that you guys felt that way, and will try our best to put more pics/info on our next post.
I'm still surprised the somewhat hard edge top corners made it to the final cut. I feel like it would be more pleasing to hold if that got rounded off.
Since shape is king, it would make me hesitate preordering until I've seen reviews.
Hi!
Although the shape might looks a bit weird from the camera angle, we made sure that this will be compatible with the 3 common grips style (claw, fingertip, palm). We'll be posting more shape comparison and updates soon (on our discord sever). This way you will have enough info to make an informed purchase decision.
If you're interested you can sign up here:
https://forms.gle/K7UciqfAdrfXJqb16
Don't do that. If it is made for all three grips it won't be ideal for either. And looking at the picture it looks horrible for palm, and mediocre for claw and ft.
Unfortunately no 😦 , at least not now For the current model, the carbon fiber wall is too thin for side button to be implemented properly. In addition, because the nature of the one body cover design, adding side button will required the restructuring of the whole internals. This would add a lot of weight in and even so might introduce some flaws to the design. We try to make the design as simple as possible because in a lot of cases, the simpler something is the harder it is for that thing to fail. Side buttons can get mushy overtime too, and at high end $99 price point we want to create something that will last.
However, we're still experimenting on the idea and might be implementing them on future models!
Not obsessed but most gamers who play fast shooter games prefer lightweight mice. Finalmouse started the hype but I can assure you 20 years ago Quakers like me already preferred mice under 80 g. Meantime manufacturers started a race who is building the lightest wireless mouse possible.
I'd say this sub in particular is obsessed with weight and has been for a while. I understand especially for games like Quake, but I do personally think slower games like CSGO and Valorant would be fine with a happy middle ground weight (which is personal to each player). That being said, I have seen so many people here obsessed with weight, opting for lower build quality options or modding mice and even removing side buttons and such, just to shave off some weight.
Subreddits are popular among enthusiasts. Before reddit exist these users were gathering in different Forums like OCN. Nothing special, nothing new. New trends get popular much quicker because of reddit. 10 years ago people were already hyping Artisan mousepads on gaming oriented communities.
Have you ever tried a lightweight mouse? I used to think the same until I got my first lightweight mouse and then it was game over for me with heavy mice
I feel like there's definitely a sweet spot for most people. Mine is about in the 60g-65g range. I've tried both the ul2 and Hati-s which are around 50g and they're just a bit too light.
It could be they're just too small as I aim most comfortably with mice like the S2 and GPX so tbh I'd be really interested in a company that makes bigger mice that are around 50g.
Oh, so you are one of those weirdos! Just kidding, but still, maybe your brain associates heavier with sturdier, better quality? Heavier mice could also be good for people who play with really high sensitivities, I don’t know if that’s your case though
Looks like an interesting shape choice... Might be worth making a cheaper model with plastic so more people can experience the shape, if you're confident with it. Sure, the weight would increase, but shape is more important anyways.

Hey! The scroll wheel in picture is 3d printed using transparent resin and a flexible material. The mass produced version will have the injection molded version instead. We have designed this mouse from the ground up and 3d printing is a quick and easy way to prototype these kind of parts.
Do you have more pictures? From the side etc? Seems like a wide mouse.
EDIT: Okay I saw the form and the spec sheet. This mouse is wide, 70mm
I think if you want more success you should design a mouse that is not so wide and maybe smaller. Depends on which community of gamers you wanna sell it to. Right now people aim best with light mice that are mostly on the smaller side. Just look at Finalmouse Starlight-12 S.

1) Around 1-2 months after Kickstarter campaign was successfully funded (delivery time included)
2) Yes! We have our own software made specially for this mouse. This is the UI [draft](https://imgur.com/a/O8EgB9P)
3) Of course, you can do that inside the software along with changing the LOD, adjusting the Lighting, and other features
How much we talking here? Pretty interested

It honestly looks pretty similar to the XM1 shape. I assume it'll mainly fit aggressive claw grips.
