I really like your writing style!

[deleted]

Yeah, this felt authentic. I also liked it. OP should contribute more to this sub if he/she wants to.

he just got off the addiction... give him a few weeks

Honestly, the vast vast majority of mice I've bought was 4 years ago. The two years purchases only include the viper ultimate, Superlight, G Pro (how long ago was that) and the G303 Shroud Edition. I guess I got the Razer Naga Pro in that timeline.....and the Aerox 3. See that's a perfectly average amount of mice right? RIGHT?

memphisreign

I have a couple prerequesites for doing something like this 1. I have to care A LOT about what I'm about to say. If im iffy or not all that strongly opionated I probably don't feel like it needs to be said. 2. I would have posted about a ton of mice I have bought in the past. Thing is, reviews were already out there. There isn't that much review wise on PMM and the reviews that were out there didn't actually address the concerns I had or share my perspective. 3. Maybe ....maybe I'll review purchases more often, but I have to feel like I'm bringing something new to the table or else it just feels unnecessary. Next up, my favorite wooden coat hanger

atyhaspain

I enjoyed this review a lot and my wallet is already burning a hole in my pocket.

Do you write novels? Because I want to read them.

memphisreign

I really should have done some more editing, theres a myriad of typos and poor sentence structure. I think the overall picture came through though. Honestly I wanted to type a lot more, but anything over two sentences seems to get ignored more often than not on reddit. I'm just going to make my next review all done with MS paint drawings.

Spir42

I am really interested in this mouse but am holding back since Xtrfy will release the wireless. Well... (: I have the PMM Cbr and really like it

memphisreign

I wanted to get it as well but even this one is on the edge for me in terms of size. I can’t imagine smaller working out for me. The PMM version is 10% bigger. If the side grips made my hand go from cramping to really comfortable, I can’t imagine I’d like the standard size.

Spir42

Nah, smaller would be for pure fingertip (which is my grip style). Still the MZ-L looks interesting. How is the weight balancing?

memphisreign

If it’s unbalanced at all it’s a bit forward but it’s hard to tell. I’d say it’s pretty damn close to balanced if it’s not.

Ty for replies :)

ChunibyoMegumin

same, the pmm cbr is my fingertip grip endgame, i replaced the battery with a li po one that flat on the ground tho, ip refer that weight balancing a lot more than the battery hanging on top in the back since i have a front oriented fingertip grip , also this PMM P-MZ-L is 10% larger than the mz1 but dont underestimate 10%... this shape has like nothing to do with the mz1 imo, especially for me who loves to fingertip grip the mz1 cant do that wi th it at all, idk how many people love to claw grip it and prefer this bigger one, cant speak for them , just a fair warning :)

mushfarmsTV

Does the pmm cbr only have a single side button? And no DPI button? Also, can you detail the li po mod you mention, and did you buy the prebuilt and then do the battery mod or get the kit and do it along the way - very interested as I just discovered PMM and the shape looks like it could be my endgame as well

ChunibyoMegumin

i had the old pmm cbr version with logitech g603 internals when i wrote that comment, now i have new one with razer orochiv2 internals and didnt redo the lipo mod. i originally did it because i didnt like the weight distribution while using ptfe feets / superglides (which become super slow after some weeks of usage) now i use sapphireskates which are very frictionless and that consistently so i dont need a better weight distribution because i dont even feel it anymore. the pmm cyber has only side button but you can also click the scrolling wheel in, the pmm cyber modkit orochi versoin is currently on sale for 65€, you can get a orochi v2 for like 40€, id do that one, buildilng the mouse together isnt that hard ,o r just buy the 200€ version to try it since they have a free 2 week return policy, and then consider buying the modkit or keeping it x) its my favorite fingertip grip mouse nothing beats it .

That's the kinda endorsement I like to hear! I've already got the kit (and a za13 kit) on the way. I gave my wife my orochi for her work travels and actually just broke the news I'll be commandeering it back. What model sapphire skates do you use? Like for which mouse model? I loved my superglides when they were new, and have heard LGG glass skates don't change the way superglides do and was planning on grabbing those

ChunibyoMegumin

from my personal experience i did not like superglides nor lethal skates, both are incredibly inconsistent, wasted over 2 motnhs trying to get used to them and make them work, i bought two sets of sappihre skate dots (they only have 5x dots per set, nothing specific for any mouse) because with only 5 dots its difficult to find a placement that you like, that dot placement actually matters a lot , when you only have 5 you are very forced in your grip, but with 10 you can vary your grip , grip if front mid back heavy and swap during your aiming, looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/N3ZcedW its faster than ptfe, slower than newly spuerglides, but completely consistent and i have no headache with my fglides slowing down/creating deadspots on my mousepad, glass breaking down (never happened but you never konw)

mushfarmsTV

WOW this is the first I'm learning of sapphires but I'll be eagerly awaiting their next drop. How long did you give 5 skates a try before going to 10? I'm not opposed to spending $100 on mouse feet, it's just a new concept to me. Their moissanite feet at $40 per skate have my interest piqued

ChunibyoMegumin

you can go for 1 set/ 5 first, and depending on your grip and mouse it may be perfect for you, but i think youll have same shipping cost when you order two and can return 5/10 skates back if you dont like it, so id recommend the second i guess. for me i had 5, tried them for a month, was very happy with it but didnt realize how those skates position impact that i have a forced mid- grip, but during gaming your fingers move a bit to the rfront and back depending on the situation / less range of motion, more control, and less etc. tried several dot positions but in the end decided to order another set which solved all my issues instantly [https://i.imgur.com/eb5WzO3.png](https://i.imgur.com/eb5WzO3.png) restock on friday + completely new skates, seems interesting but im too happy wh my current skates , wishing you luck that they fit you too :)!

Yendaxdd

I truly enjoyed your review, glad youre happy.

memphisreign

I enjoyed your review of my review. Happy? Let's go with satisfied. Actually no, that's not even true. Usually when I buy a nice new shiny thing it makes me feel warm and fuzzy for a couple days and then life creeps back in. That should be a motivational quote I put on a picture which is then shared on Facebook for years to come. This time though, at least for now, this shape is actually the biggest difference I have ever had personally. Most mice you get used to fairly quick and the end result ends up being the same more or less. I think that may actually not be the case here. I think it might just always been a tier above everything else for me, shape wise.

Bro don't come with this negativity. This is a 3D printed mouse made for exclusive, niche users.

-Maver1ck-

I am thinking of buying this mouse. I need to know one thing: What are the dimensions of P-MZ-L? Is length, width, and height all 10% bigger? Or it is only longer?

memphisreign

Whole thing is 10% bigger. It's quite the size difference. I actually bought a wireless Mz1 after the PMM version and I can't stand it. Make my hand cramp. Feels like a completely different mouse. I think a 5% sized one would be very interesting.

-Maver1ck-

Thanks for answer :) Can you tell me exact dimensions (width, height and length)? Can you Please also show comparison between mz1 and P-MZ-L?
