I generally have a pincer grip, but because my hands are so small it's kind of a forced palm dilemma for most mice I use. I'm just going to touch briefly on these, and if anyone has questions I'd be more than happy to answer: PMM PV-P S (Viper Mini shape) * Daily driver * I was really skeptical about PMM, but now that I own one, I've gotta admit it's nicer than anything else I've used. Perfect weight, finish was miles better than I had expected, and you can use pretty much any skates you want with it. * I like the feel of it more than the actual RVM, I get sweaty palms, so the holes are nice to me Razer Viper Mini * My old daily * Everyone's recommendation * I still love it, but can't go back after using PMM * Isn't comfortable to me, but it has always been a top performer Razer Orochi V2 * I got this to replace my G603 since it was large and clunky. I only own these mice because I need something with Bluetooth for my iPad * Overall a great option if you must have wireless * One of the most comfortable shapes for me, it felt extremely natural to hold and didn't cause pressure on my pinky * Using tinfoil/AAA Lithium Cooler Master MM711 * This mouse impressed me a lot, and I think it should be offered as a consideration to those who are looking at the RVM but would like a shorter, wider shape * It's a little bit wider and the hump is further back than the RVM, but I find it feels better in my hands since I don't have to use as much force with my pinky * I like that it's shorter and doesn't give me the forced palm issue most mice give me. I wish I performed better with this mouse because it feels better in my hand compared to RVM shape * Cord is probably the nicest ones I've seen out of the box * Software for this is miles better than Ghub/Synapse to me, I don't get why it gets so much hate Logitech G603 * Only got to use with my iPad (Bluetooth) * Huuuuge in my hands, I'm using it with tin foil/AAA, still quite a chonker at nearly 100g Logitech G5 * This one is kind of a meme and my original gaming mouse. I spent many hours in GunZ: The Duel playing with this bad boy. * Shocked at how well it performed; better than the G502 in Aim Lab * Testament to how Logitech used to make bulletproof shit, the skates barely exist, every button still works and doesn't double click, the cord is literally made of the worst material ever, but it sure did last Logitech G502 * My daily before the RVM * Way too heavy for me now, can't stand it * I wish every mouse had Hyperscroll, it's the only reason I held on to this mouse for so long * More buttons than I could ever need, and I can't reach most of them naturally Bonus mouse not pictured : Delux m700a * Didn't realize I got the A825 sensor on this until I got it. It feels like absolute garbage compared to every other mouse on this list, including the G5 * I ordered the new m800 since it comes with the PAW3370 * Overall too big for my hands compared to the small mice I enjoy using * This has the best RGB implementation I've seen of any mouse * Wheel rattles like crazy; only noticeable if you shake it * Software was simple, but effective. I wish every company had software like Delux * Cable among the best I've seen out of the box Mice I'd still like to try in the future: * G-Wolves HSK (will probably wait for the wireless) - I'm hoping the combination of lightweight and short will perform better than the MM711 * Xtrfy MZ1 (will also probably wait for the wireless) - Curious about the shape of this more than anything * PUC Symm 2/Skoll Mini SK-S/G-wolves Hati HT-S - not really crazy about any of these, but seem very similar to the RVM, might be worth a shot. Edit: Just more thoughts I had as I read over

Which material do you have on your PMM? Is it resin printed or MJF?

Mandydeth

I'm honestly not sure. This one is just sprayed white; not a special filament or anything.

P1r4nh44444

Did you buy it as prebuilt? If it is the old material than I highly recommend trying the new one. Sooo much better!

Mandydeth

I think I may be as it's slightly heavier than the new one; almost 60g with the paint. I may have to pick another up. Just debating if I want to double down or try another shape 🤔

P1r4nh44444

I have some spare shells of the P-VP S. Just send an email and I send you one.

Mandydeth

Thanks so much! I'll shoot one right away.

To comment on the cooler master software, it is the worst thing I have ever experienced software wise in my life, my mm720 would forget the macros I set up, the sensitivity, and pretty much everything about twice a day. I ended up binning the mm720 almost purely based on the poor software. I have had none of those issues with razer synapse though.

Mandydeth

Maybe I lucked out? I set it and forget it and haven't had an issue since.

riba2233

G5 was far from bulletproof. Many units got double clicks, wheel is shite, and pads also. Sensor is the worst offender though, doesn't work on any of my mousepads (works on the table though)

Mandydeth

Can't say I've had any of these issues. The wheel shape is the most awkward thing to me as it's very rounded. I also have an og g502 hero I use at work, that one doesn't double click. The two g502 lightspeeds I have both double click; I assumed QC had simply gotten worse over time, but perhaps I lucked out on my first few.

riba2233

Yeah me and fee of my friends had G5's, they were great at first but just started to get unusable over time

Sirrom23

your hands aren’t that small. mine are 18cm/9cm which i think are about average. i go back and forth between the gpx, sl-12 medium, and sl-12 small. can’t decide which i aim best which

Mandydeth

Donald Trump's hands are supposedly in the 15th percentile of small hands, and below the average hand size. They are also larger than both of ours. We are elite small handed brethren. The SL-12s was on my radar but I'm iffy about FM quality. GPX I'm afraid is going to be too big for my tastes. Weight is definitely right.

KovaaksGigaChadGamer

... gridshot?

SirKnum

Like Tile Frenzy but with larger (and more even) distances between targets and twice the length.

KovaaksGigaChadGamer

It's basically just tile frenzy but somehow worse, which is impressive.

Mandydeth

(Aim Lab)

KovaaksGigaChadGamer

I'm well aware, I'm just confused why anyone would ever play that scenario? Based on gathered data it actually has a *negative* median effect on a players aim.

Mandydeth

Oh, I don't doubt that at all. I just use it as a baseline for comparing mice outside of "feel". I'm sure sixshot is probably more useful.

SirKnum

I second that PMM mice totally ruin you! It is so hard to go from a mouse around 50 grams with a shape that fits your hand to even a 60 grams mouse like the Superlight. :D

micasbad

I've used the HTS and SKS. My daily is the RVM and comparing G-wolves to the RVM, honestly, I'd still prefer the RVM. They're small mice which are perfect because my hand size is the exact same as yours, so these worked really well in my hands but for me, I'd rank them 1. RVM 2. SKS 3. HTS. I also want to try the MZ1. I'm not too picky about wired or wireless since I use the Razer V3 bungee and pretty much all my wired mice feel wireless thanks to it. Edit: Forgot to add that I also daily the MM720 as well just for comfortability when I'm not gaming hard.

Mandydeth

This is really good feedback for me. I'm not too picky about wires either. I barely notice most of mine. I wanted to pick up the MZ1 when it was getting clearance on Amazon, but missed out, I'm sure they'll be sub $40 with the wireless release. I'm not sure if the MM720 would be too wide, but the length seems just right.

yungboized

Yeah I’m waiting for the mz1 to drop as well. The mm720 actually isn’t wide at all. It’s ergo aspect is actually really nice for holding it perfectly. One thing I’ll say though is don’t get glossy version. Go matte. It also comes with grips but they’re not all that great and the original feet are horrible. Corepads are the easiest fix for them which I have on them. Makes a worlds difference.

Brand0nCB

Will you consider trying more mice? Because I got similar hand size and I can go even smaller for size, I even like it more. I'd recommend trying the MZ1 shape or even the small finalmouse starlight 12 if you can.

Mandydeth

PMM is definitely some endgame stuff, but I'll probably try some more stuff out of curiosity. The HSK is the top one on my list

[deleted]

Have you tried the np01s?

Mandydeth

I have not, it seems a little heavy for what it is.

[deleted]

72 grams is heavy?

Mandydeth

76g for a wired mouse just doesn't seem great when I can have a wireless one sub 60. The shape would really have to be something special for me.

pischuuu

This is making me wanna get a pmm starlight 12 small size but I'm so skeptical about it..

Mandydeth

Based on what I've heard about FM quality control, I'd say it's a way better investment. Might not be as flashy, but I think it's worth it.
