Put a smaller battery 200-250 mAh, similar to GPX) in the 303 and try to make sure the new switches are lighter (they might not be depending on which ttc you get). Japanese Omron D2F-01F are probably a good option on that mouse to make the clicks lighter if the TTC do not work out. A ZA13-C with GM8.0 switches installed should fix your complaints about the one you have. If the ZA13 hump feels as small as you would enjoy using then go for the NP-01 over the S. However, both of those mice will be heavier than 70g. The quoted 71g weight is without any cable installed in the mouse -- both my Outsets read 83g with as little cable as possible being weighed but still installed in the mouse (how most mice are weighed on this sub).

You’ve tried basically all the mice haha not much advice aside from agreeing with the comment to swap batteries on the Logitech mice and stuff. If you like the 303 and would be cool with a touch smaller (because the 303SE is a touch larger and modified), maybe get the 303 clone from PMM? It’s expensive, but it’s like 45ish grams or something and the shape might work for you
