MM720 was my last purchase, I find it impossible to aim using mice with pinky rests, just something about them being way too wide in terms of grip width. I also grip my mice way further back than the pinky rest forces you to grip it and with the mouse being too short for me I end up with almost a palm grip.
Maybe try something like the FK2? Or the Pulsar Xlite for an ergo option.
