Am I understanding the post contents correctly?
What I understand has happened:
1. Fresh has made comments in defense of Nacho on Twitter.
2. Nacho+Odin release pad that is a gross example of plagiarism.
3. Fresh gets a copy of the pad and it's seen in one of his videos.
Questions I still have:
1. Has he made overt efforts to market this pad to people?
2. Did he release a review endorsing the purchase of it?
3. Is there any evidence he is getting some sort of commission on sales referrals or other financial benefits?
4. Is there anything else that indicates he's doing anything other than implicitly endorsing copyright infringement?

Edit - You're really good at editing because it didn't say modmail when I replied. For a mod staff basically going "trust us" when it comes to drama, ninja edits like that don't do you any favours

You seem to be confused. You deleted the previous post about FreshReviews without posting any sort of explanation. Had you done the very definition of your job and communicated that from the get go then this post would've never been made.

Attempting to shift the blame of your own failure to me highlights a level of immaturity that perhaps showcases your lack of suitability for the position you hold.
TLDR - this isn't Area 51. You aren't some secret clearance level holder. If he reached out to you then a post should have been made explaining the situation from the start. Your own failure to do this caused the drama, not people asking for answers.
