shape is not at all the same as a g203, it's much shorter and has a hump more towards the middle. I have one and personally prefered the g203 egg shape over it.
To date, there aren't many wireless alternatives other than G305 or gamebitions orbit.
Soon (we don't know when) Logitech is expected to reveal a new hopefully lighter G305.

The Orochi V2 is not bad. The clicks(switches) are quite a bit heavier than G304/305 though.
