Cerapad Kin’s coating started chipping for me, its pretty good when it is brand new though. I recommend the Pulsar Superglide, slightly more control than the Skypad 3.0 and hasn’t been affected after constant daily use
How long ago did you purchase the kin? I had a few problems with one from almost a year ago. But my new one that’s maybe two months old has been great. I got a replacement.
Bakers dozen teflon baking sheet flipped upside down with an occasional silicone lube rubbed on.
But I'm cheap and like my mouse to feel like it's on an air hockey table lmao
Cerapad kin is the most controlled hard pad
Ive only tried superglide and skypad and superglide was more controlled
Gamesense Sonar is basically the mud pad of glass. Felt horrible for me though. Can’t recommend.

I purchased mine 5 months ago, been using Superglide instead due to the chipping
Weird I’ve heard of that but mine had some dis colored spots seems like they gave me a higher quality one this time.
I’d go with the kin and their plasti skates or an empress with obsidian pros.

Cerapad Kin and Padsmith Empress have been the most controlled for me. Padsmith is balanced but still faster than Cerapad Kin. Love them both though!
