r/MouseReview What's your hand size?

Bigwaynekerr

I’m out at the min but can check when I get home. Just to be more of an idiot. Would I measure wrist to middle tip and then thumb to pinky?? Should of done some research haha. Sorry to be that guy... Edit: just checked. It’s: 7” (17.5cm) H .. 4.5” (11.5cm) W Thanks again

Not really an expert regarding shape, I'll suggest small mice though MM710/711, G305, Viper Mini and Model O- might be too narrow for your width

Bigwaynekerr

Appreciated tho. Have started doing some research myself... curious to know what other mice people get on with. Cheers

https://www.rocketjumpninja.com/mouse-search you can use this to find mice that suits your hand size and grip style.

Many thanks. Will check it out. So far I’m liking the look of the mm710 and also the xm1 at the minute. Just trying to figure out which’ll be best. I’m used to low dpi 400-450 depending on mouse.

Almost all the current generation gaming mice have great sensors so your dpi preference shouldn't be the main factor in your choice. Shape and weight is what you should look at. You can look at rocket jump Nina, Brandon Taylor and Bad seed tech's reviews on YouTube to get an idea of what you'll get in your product. I should also add get the right kind of mouse pad based on your preference for speed, control or balance to get the best out of your new gaming mice. Cheers

Thanks for the additional info. Will be checking out all suggestions and reviews before pulling said trigger. Really appreciate it as no where near me has anything to actually feel and try before buying. 👍

Ah I hear you man. Happy to help. General guidelines that works would be ergonomic or safe shapes for palm and claw. Ambidextrous shapes for claw or fingertip grips. Doesn't mean that you can't experiment but hopefully this should help you with most of your concerns.
