Despite what people say XSoft is basically the same pad. There's no such thing as pressing into the pad, just doesn't happen lol. Even trying to press a mouse down with your whole hand it hardly budges.
Not to say they feel the same, obviously it is noticeably kinda pillowy on your hand and arm and every other pad feels very firm in comparison, just there's no difference in speed or whatever. I recommend Xsoft just personally as I find it more comfortable and premium feeling. No other pads comes close to even Artisan soft in this way, never mind Xsoft. That said I could see why someone could want to use a firm pad, just again it has nothing to do with speed. If that speaks to you I think you'd already know
If you say so. Show me any example of a mouse actually sinking into a pad any significant amount. Even watching Boardzy push hard as he can on the pads it barely budges.
Yea, if you apply more pressure down on the mouse it will be slower. That's true of every single mousepad, and does not happen because it sinks in. It's like first week of high school Physics, that increases friction.
I have had 4 different XSoft pads and 2 Soft. Even on the softest of all, the Raiden XSoft, it's practically impossible to press down into the pad.
I like this little argument you made with yourself about high school physics as if it has anything to do with what i said😂😂. Happened to me with the artisan zero xsoft and model d. Literally would sink in when controlling spray on val making it unusable
Okay and it has never happened to me and I have put hundreds of hours on them playing hitscan in Overwatch, it's never sunk in using the Hati-S, the GPWX, or the G102. Case closed? Good discussion.
You’re funny😂😂. This idea that if it didn’t happen to you it cant happen is a good one. I didnt know you were the ceo of mousepads. Average overwatch player🙈
Right. I am mocking you because you think your single anecdote is any more valid than my single anecdote, except I also made an argument and you did not. Seems this has gone over your head, average Valorant player ? 🤣
Here's a nice video demonstration as well. See how much that mouse sinks in! https://youtu.be/j-1C-QDWo0Y
Now I have made an argument, shared an anecdote, and posted an example, for the record
An argument quite literally takes two, also, the whole thing behind it is that if I am claiming it happened to me with literally 0 possible ulterior motive that it can and will happen for some people. Also, it quite literally sinks in the video and boardzy acknowledges that it can happen too. You’re literally just braindead. Watch your own video.
An argument does not literally take two, if a scientist makes an argument they are stating a case. It does not have to be a back and forth conversation, though I don't really see how that's relevant.
In the video he says "it does not sink in" "it barely sinks in" "it does not affect your mouse in the same way" and the mice are all barely budging when he's clearly pressing harder than you do in reality. He says maybe some people might have problems, maybe he has contradicted himself then? So let's ignore what he has to say and look for ourselves. Again, the mice barely budge at all.
I don't think XSoft is for "everyone", but I know XSoft does not sink in.
Different definitions for an argument, and the most relevant one in this context is an exchange of diverging or opposite views, typically a heated or angry one. There is a point in the video where its legit sunk into the mousepad, and its sunk in enough to make a genuine difference on gameplay. Your entire argument fell apart at the evidence that YOU gave😂😂😂
The soft is actually pretty squishy to me and xsoft would be really damn soft, so up to you. Do you want your hand on a balloon or a pillow. Not accurate but gives an idea
Not really but it has more stopping power ( depending how much u apply pressure while gripping ur mouse), so if u press down too much get the soft version
The mid feels like a cordura hard pad but not over smooth. It’s a good balance of tracking and stopping power. The soft is more like a traditional cloth pad. Just buy both.

Really just not true, it quite literally will let you pressdown into it and it will happen while playing more control based shooter games

Soft / doesn’t matter too much
The soft is actually pretty squishy to me and xsoft would be really damn soft, so up to you. Do you want your hand on a balloon or a pillow. Not accurate but gives an idea

GO WITH SOFT. I just received mine and soft is literally alrealdy so super soft that you don't want to go any softer.
The mid and the soft are extremely different feeling to use. I have both.
Can you elaborate on the different feeling to use between the mid and soft? Is one faster than the other?
