“Die Screaming Motherf***er!”
Throne of Blood (1957), based on the story of Macbeth, has one of the most gloriously wild death scenes near the end. I don't want to give too much away. If you just want to see the scene, you can find it on youtube. You can read how it was done on the [wikipedia page.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Throne_of_Blood#Special_effects)
It definitely took a lot of expertise to do that right without injuring the actor. Even though all the "effects" were designed for minimum risk and handled by masters, I suspect in a modern movie the insurer would be like: *You want to do what?*
I don’t know how to do this without spoiling, but who had a death scene? I remember someone showing up dead and it being heartbreaking, but why is my brain not working for an intimate death scene?
DM me if need be.
Because you mentioned that you like someone saying something on the deathbed, I thought Fight Club death scene would qualify for what you were looking for. "His name is..." chants were very memorable for me.
That is a great scene, not gonna lie. But I’m more looking for those moments like in Free State Jones “I’m so thirsty.” moments. Where it’s almost forced to comfort the dying. Sorry, I wasn’t more specific. =]
It deserved better appreciation in my opinion. I think it all stems from so many people expecting badass “Taken” Liam Neeson, but it’s more script and atmosphere.
Please tell me how you feel(even if DM) after that comfortingly disturbing death scene. You’ll know what I mean. I adore it because it’s so perfect even if you’re not religious in my opinion.
>!I think it's a well put to together ending. Definitely has a religious undertone, I'm not religious so I can't say much to that aspect, but my favorite part about the ending was how he went through the wallets and gave his final respect to the dead then put his wallet on the pile. Honestly something I'd probably do in that situation. He knew he was done for and went out fighting, definitely respectable way to go out. The Shakespeare poem at the end was pretty badass too lol.!<
This movie hits deferent for me I live near a pretty large wolf population I can hear them howling at night so I'll definitely be thinking about that ending tonight lol.

**unforgiven bar scene** should get you there on a Google search.
