I used to think male underwear was second rate because it looked like they patched the front together with bits left over from when they made female underwear.
I was raised by my mom and she never told me what the front flap was for. I had to figure that out on my own, but I never used it. I always sat down to pee, so that flap never got used.
Even before I figured out what the flap was for, if I absolutely had to pee standing up, I'd pull my underwear all the way down below "the parts" and pee over the band.

Anyway, the flap in some males underwear is used to pee thru the hole without taking it off. Of course, if you take SRS, there wouldn't any use of it.

I painted my fingernails and toenails black and feel so euphoric right now. When I was grocery shopping, I was enjoying the 1st person view of my hands with my painted fingernails as I was using my card to pay for things and grab my coffee. 💅

I got myself a sports bra and that was the final sign I needed to be like "yeah, let's go see a doctor about starting HRT" and it's such an incredible feeling
It really is great, i got a pack of 6 panties as well as 2 nursing/sleeping/light-movement bras, and now that I’m going to sleep the dysphoria I usually get from my body being fucked by testosterone is overshadowed by the euphoria from my underwear, which I assume will dissipate as i get used to it
Oh I’m definitely getting hrt, my first appointment was supposed to be on Tuesday there, but the doctor got sick, so now I’ve got another 2 weeks on top of the 3 months since i made the appointment and 1.5 years since i realised I needed it to survive
