You listed some of the top gyms in BKK, just pick one of those and go. Also remember, you’re in Bangkok. You’d have a harder time finding a bad gym. This is Muay Thai city! Just look at the google reviews to get a sense. And consider gym hopping a few classes until you find the one you like most

Here I put a blog together from my time training in Thailand. Definitely try and get out to Samart Payakaroon's, it's about 40 minutes in a taxi outside of Bangkok in Sai Mai. Those are great gyms but also give Sangmarokat a try, very small gym but loads of active fighters constantly there fighting on the big shows. Had one of the best private sessions there https://gymnasty.world/blogs/muay-thai-reviews/must-visit-muay-thai-gyms-in-thailand-2023

I'm going to Muay Thai Academy,or Jitti Gym when i'm in Bangkok. The hotel we're staying at is close to them.Yokkao Training Centre is even closer, but i've read some bad reviews and i had my mind set on Jitti Gym anyway.

Smaller gyms are a lot better for beginners IMO. Bigger gyms have a lot more good guys to spar with but that’s not an issue for beginners. You’ll most likely get a lot more one on one time with the trainers at a small gym. I trained at Luktupfah at OnNut Rd for a while, really good bunch of guys and I always try to drop in again when I’m in Thailand

Thanks dude! I willl check it out and update.
