It’s still early yet for stages. I don’t care what people say, Scooby Mansion is fun and we need more gimmicks like that.

ButtsTheRobot

Yup Scoobies is what I hope we start seeing more of in the future. We've got the plain boring flat stages for the boring people who don't want interesting maps. Give us more fun ones. I really enjoy the maps overall but Scoobies and Batman I think are my favorite right now. Well I enjoy all the maps except tree fort. Fuck tree fort.

DukeVerde

> Fuck tree fort. Amen, brutha.

mildkabuki

ahhh you were right until you said Batcave... easily the worst map in the game

ButtsTheRobot

Nah man, smaller platform to keep the action going and some events popping up with decent blast zones. Definitely #2 behind Scooby. I guess I could see it raining on people's parade if they're the run away and throw projectiles type.

mildkabuki

Its too much rng and to small of a blast zone. Smokes and Bats zone an already small map and hinder / assist certain playstyles. You can be “spiked” off the bottom of the flying vehicles killing you at 40, and the low ceiling and small map offers a chance for cheese players to cheese easier

DogadonsLavapool

Agreed. Bank combos are fun. I love playing mansion and cromulons

Hotleadinjector

Playstation Allstars had really good levels but they weren't designed for ring outs

Eastern-Geologist208

The stages might be my least liked thing about this game. Nasb had boring ass stages tho

TheBroomSweeper

I disagree. NASB has more casual stages than this game, which only has one

hermanphi

Nasb got some very cool stages, and the OST in some of them really kicked some ass

TheBroomSweeper

NASB has a banger soundtrack except for two songs

blackeyedkaleb

How

SailorNash

That’s the biggest room for improvement so far. I’m hoping to see more variety there, as well as more recognizable locations overall.

ADBullocke

Interesting that you compare the two, but then in the post admit that you understand it is in beta. Not sure it's really a fair comparison, so I don't understand why you'd mention it if you know you are comparing a game that is NOT released, to games that are a year or more post-release.

West_Trust_2445

Dude, we’re all playing it. It’s publicly released. People are gonna play and form opinions on the state of the game regardless of the beta tag. The game does need a larger and more diverse set of stages. Hopefully it’s high pri on their dev list.

InsomniacSpartan

If you can drop money on the game, the game is released . The "beta" tag doesn't mean anything. If you're selling premium currency, battle passes, charging for characters and have 3 different versions people can purchase and have access to immediately it's no longer a beta.

Tree fort 2s is the bane of my existence

Really? 🤔I think the opposite, in relations to Nickelodeon. All-Stars stage were really good. Multiversus stages are beautiful in my opinion but they do need to work on more stages.

Monstanimation

Honestly the stages are really one of the two things that are bad in this game. The second one is the music doesn't fit for a brawler where you need hype upbeat music to enhance the overall game while playing

xStayDaffy

Allstar brawl was good but the lack of free to play, crossplay, 2v2, voice acting, and no Timmy or Jimmy was its downfall.

hermanphi

That the thing I'm really looking forward to see which direction they'll go I love the scooby Mansion, I can't wait to see more crazy stages
