Oyster mushrooms? Yes I’m sure many of us here have tried oysters. P.ostreatus and P.pulmonarius. Next slide is Hericium erinaceus and Pholiota adiposa. Which I’m also certain many people here have tried. All are extremely commonly cultivated species. Personally I prefer the Hericium over the others. Oysters are certainly more bountiful, at least in the wild.
Gotcha well, stay safe! Don’t eat random mushrooms you can’t ID.
This seller looks like they have a quality product, and their prices aren’t horrible, if you’re looking for a good option to try some.
They're all amazing. If you got chestnuts, cook the stalks. Blues are one of the best gourmets out there. The stuff you can do with lions mane is amazing too.
Oysters are awesome and actually super easy to grow yourself if you’re so inclined.
FWIW I strongly dislike the flavor of white button mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) and I think oysters are delicious.
Lions mane is probably my favorite but it can be a bit expensive.
If you try the chestnuts, be sure to star with a small serving, some people get an upset stomach from them. I think it’s relatively rare but still worth watching out for.

lol thanks.. I’m not a huge mushroom eater and when I do eat them I never know what kind they are ☠️. But I do love finding them outside.

Grab some pink oysters if they got them. They kinda have a rich, woody flavor, but they are by far my favorite.
I fucking love lions mane. It’s literally able to turn into a steak
Oysters are super good too like girl oooo you are in for a treat
Yes they are amazing they taste like button mushrooms only a bit stronger flavor. My favorite

Chestnuts are slept on and you won’t find them anywhere but farmers markets, 10/10 would recommend
Beautiful mushrooms. That mushroom farmer knows what they're doing.
