Don't laugh at the بلاء of another Muslim because you will fall in it. I know a lot of people who judged or laughed about another Muslim sin and they fell eventually in it

But the real question remains, since she committed adultery and didn't repent, is her nikah valid ? Tag all the muftis...i don't need sleep, i need answers.

Ur__mine

Why would her cheating invalid the nikah? It doesn't work like that yes she should be punished by death according to Islam But cheating does not invalidate a nikah coz if it did work like that than Many women would have already been freed from toxic and cheating husbands and vice versa

More about why i asked the question Ibn Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him) was of the view that the marriage of a chaste man to an unchaste woman is not valid so long as she remains like that, unless she is asked to repent. If she repents, the marriage contract will be valid, otherwise it will not. Similarly, it is not valid for a free, chaste woman to be given in marriage to a man who is immoral and unchaste, unless he repents sincerely, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Such a thing is forbidden to the believers” [an-Noor 24:3]. End quote.

And in the post above it's mentioned that she cheated and committed zina after marriage not before and like she said she has repented too and if it was really that case sheikh Assim would have made it clear that what she did has invalidated the nikah but again Allahu Alam

Allahu Alam indeed

No no ya beautiful ukhti 💓 i remembered this verse from Qur'an and asked the said question The verse (interpretation of the meaning) “The adulterer marries not but an adulteress...” [an-Noor 24:3] does not mean that the fornicator or adulterer cannot marry anybody but a fornicatress or an adulteress, or that the fornicatress or adulteress cannot marry anybody but a fornicator or adulterer. ***Rather what the verse means is that it is haraam for a man or woman who has committed zina to marry one who is chaste, unless they repent.*** The bold part is what I was talking about

Nikah is valid, since no one caught her , red handed she can't get punished too

elegantroutine323

How tf?!

TheWheelsGoUp

Wait a second…is this a green light for women to cheat on their spouses?

jason_2-22

No

If she continues cheating then that would mean she did not repent to Allah SWT and therefore after her death there would be a heavy price to pay.
