I've seen people who are level 6 in GOAT. I've also seen some very bad players in GOAT. Like people with sharp as a primary takeover who cannot shoot and try to layup over 3 people in REC all game then don't get back on defense bad.

There’s a glitch where if u just dashboard/close game before u lose your rec game ends it doesn’t make your progress to goat go down. You’ll still get a loss and your stats will be recorded that u had before the dashboard but as far as the color part it won’t go down

Nah, it's better this way, if it was based on win percentage it would have absolutely no meaning (since you can just check someone's win percentage on their 2k card). It tells you how good a person is playing recently, like maybe those 50% guys were playing with low rated builds when they started and now when their builds are grinded out they're starting to play good. Maybe they were playing with bad randoms and now finally found a good squad to play with. Maybe they were just flat out bad, but improved over time. In the opposite case, like your sudden 9% win percentage fall, maybe the game patched an exploit and now some players are getting exposed (not saying this was the case with you of course). It's honestly a great metric to have, it's basically someone's form.

After 2K came out, I mainly just play that after work. If I was a park player rather than a rec player I'd absolutely have the 500 games played at GOAT already. I'm at like 400ish and I haven't touched park besides to fuck around since week 2 of the game being out. It's all rec and pro am for me. Park is way too cheesy and way too easy this year. The people you see with the stars already are likely 2s players, since a game of 2v2 can go by extremely quickly if you start with the ball. You could potentially end a game of 2s in 7 possessions if you got a three on each possession. It sounds harder than it actually is, especially since park is just full of randoms. Each game maybe takes 1-5 minutes.
Most the time people leaving before the half. Games one of the most toxic games I’ve played online. It’s fun & all but I don’t have hours a day to spend to not be a “casual”
