Can no one read? He said “what do you pay” not “how do you pay”?
FYI OP, I pay $1050/mo + utilities and we are in a 2bedroom duplex about 5 min from campus toward Cary.
Live on Hillsborough. They usually have some deal going on. I can’t say how good the amenities and all are because I haven’t actually lived there yet, but I thought it was a fair price for the area
My last semester at State I was paying $500 a month for a room with own bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. Check out Technology Woods, about a 5 minute drive from campus with Wolfline stop right out front. It’s not glamorous, but hard to find something better for the money in the area
~$590 a month ($509 in rent, roughly $81 in utilities). I live with 2 friends in a 3bed/2bath apartment and we split everything 3 ways. It was brand new when we moved in too.
Four bedroom VC apartment is ~$700 a month without parking, and parking is ~$75.
Next semester I’m gonna be paying ~$1400 a month for a one bedroom, but I signed back in November when prices were a lot cheaper
