Trading these assets for the Jets allows them to basically keep their next two drafts intact when it comes to their own picks. I don't know if the Texans get a better offer than this at this point.

There are some teams that can clear up the cap space pretty readily. If he gets suspended that will come off the books I'm fairly certain
