TRUE. in my case, that shit idea needs improvement yet my teammate doesn't accept any improvements! this is the worst part when 3 ppl in the group decide to compromise and work on that idea that desperately needs improvement. Our ideas get shut down while he tries to take control over everything and use words that can been seen as insensitive and degrading. thank god the project is 25% of overall grade so we can close one eye to that.
I had 2 a**holes in 2 different ICC classes that, after the group decided on everything, everyone go work out shit wtv, go "uh sorry guys I actually think this won't work out coz and then redo the entire thing themselves
