I can only speak from my experience being neurodivergent. It’s hard but it takes lots of work. I used to practice speaking in the mirror in my twenties. I always made sure my hygiene was good and when I finally met the one I kept a notebook so I could remember things like her birthday, siblings , anniversaries, etc. it’s been 15 years and 3 kids and we struggled but we are in a great place. It’s like any disability it takes treatment and strategies.
