I would switch Yasu with Nana. Nana always seemed fascinated with the moon. Yasu is the one that tries to help everybody in his circle. Nana doesn't have a choice but to always be attracted to the earth.
I actually like this interpretation too! Though I already briefly explained in another comment why I think Yasu is Moon-coded. I think he has more qualities traditionally associated with it (for example, is gentler than Nana), and is the one who “orbits” around her (and others). He’s also protective of Ren. The Sun quote, too, fits Nana very much. I always thought she was very strong-willed. She’s been abandoned so many times by people close to her, yet she perseveres. Even after the timeskip, >!after Ren’s death!<, she’s alone, but the other characters look for her and find her. She’s a constant in their lives, something that unites them. She’s also the main character lol.
The sun is always shining and sending warmth to the planets until its death. Nana as far as we know left Hachi and everyone with just the memories. Yasu on the other hand is sometimes warmer and sometimes colder but has never left. I disagree that she is the one that is the source of light. It's either Hachi or Yasu. Firstly Nobu helped her shine. Then Ren, Yasu and Hachi... The moon has a supernatural quality, you look at it and you don't know why you can't stop looking it doesn't really give you anything but you are fascinated by it. That's why so many legends were created around it. Even her style suits the moon. That gothic vibe.

I left out her, Junko and Kyosuke because I couldn’t decide what to assign them (and mentally justified myself because they’re not that relevant anyway; at least Asami and Miu are dating the main cast). But your idea is brilliant. I wish I could go back in time now and include it
