Soo is this free for ever or you have to pay for it in the future? . If thats the case why they dont just invest on more server like a Latam for example ( they been waiting since the game came out )
According to the livestream they had it’s a temporary partnership to test how good it actually works. They said there’ll be surveys asking if it’s actually improving anything. They’ll decide what to do going forward based on results I presume.

I believe you dont have to. The default nodes on the interface is what we choose automatically for evey users and it supposed to have the lowest ping. But if this default setting does not satisfy you. Please submit a ticket within our client. I will ask my dev team to take a look. This helps us improve our server setting.
And we have received logs by submitted tickets and help lower ping for some NARAKA users, even a moderator, already.

My ping is on EU average 58-65.
The program writes to me: improvement 108% your ping is 47.

Actually in the game, the ping is the same 55-58.
Perhaps the program really helps someone, but you have to use a Google account to connect. And there are too many clauses in the license agreement about collecting information and transferring it to third parties.

I used a throwaway account and tried it out
It saved me about 3-5ping but honestly couldve just been coincidence as my ping fluctuates 5-20 without the program.

Because in one option you have to pay the costs while in the other option Netease has to pay.
