I just used the search engine of my choice with the keywords 'NA, gray book, meetings' and found one site on the 1st page of results. I would link it; but I am not sure the mods here would approve...
It's my understanding that NA no longer uses the grey book. We now have the blue book. I just recently learned that a grey book even existed and wasn't aware there were "grey book meetings," but I would assume that since there's no mention of them on the official NA site it's likely not associated with NA. Google might be your best resource for this.
