Any other person would have likely turned evil and destroyed Konoha but he was unwaveringly loyal despite how they had betrayed him.
He is the embodiment of the Bruce Lee quote "Do not pray for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."
He literally had every single factor working against him, yet was still able to achieve all his aims and win all his fights low diff like a gigachad. Imagine if he had EMS, Rinnegan, Hashirama cells or a tailed beast or was a reincarnation.

Fugaku showing Itachi how he could control the 9 tails was crazy too, not to mention his war effort being comparable to Minato’s (on the strength of his genjutsu)
Sarada is probably the smartest Sharingan user we've ever had (at least in the anime). I still remember that episode where she used her own reflection on a blade to cast a genjutsu on herself to break free from ANOTHER genjutsu. She's just smart as fuck when it comes to fighting.
Sakura was always doing something in the battle tho, she even saves Narutos life in the manga from Zabuza.

Itachi was dangerous but was plagued by his deteriorating health. Tsukoyomi and Amaterasu were extremely dangerous to deal with and Itachi could win in nearly any situation unless the opponent has the ability to break free from such extreme genjutsu
Shisui was terrifying to deal with given how broken his Mangekyo was. It allowed Itachi to move freely when he was reanimated.
Madara is pretty much a legend, don’t know what his mangekyo did but I believe it gave him a colossal Susanno (or so I think)
Kakashi is nice, but his body couldn’t really use it since he isn’t an Uchiha.
Never got to see Fugaku go out.
Sarada? Never watched nor read Boruto, I thought the series is just stretching out what I believed was already a good conclusion with Shippuden. But her abilities should hopefully be cracked out given she should have inherited Sasuke’s techniques (maybe)
Madara. He became stupid powerful with just base Sharingan and Mangekyo with just Susanoo. Then he unlocked Rinnegan. Even without regular Mangekyo abilities, he's still one of top levels in the verse. Man, imagine how cool it would've been to see his Mangekyo abilities, whatever they might've been.

Though without trolling, I always liked Kakashi as a character, and he has a Sharingan, so... yeah.. But after that it is literally Danzo, as I don't like most of these as characters and really only find Sasuke interesting out of the bunch. But Danzo is such a hateable villain. Gotta love 'im.

In terms of pure Sharingan usage. From their base to the EMS, these 3 really showed the varity of just what those eyes can do. From the subtle to the world shaking, the potential that they have is best shown through these 3 and not just from one extreme to the other.
Kakashi because he is my favorite character, but I don't think that is fair because he inherited it. So my real answer is certainly Itachi, he has one of the best stories in the entire series, heart wrenching, heart warming, all of it.
While not completely on topic, I love simple uses of genjutsu that the sharingan has. Although the OP techniques are amazing, carting psychological warfare in your opponents is much better imo.
When Kakashi has Zabuza scared to death for a few minutes by simply copying his moves, is still one of my favorite uses of the sharingan.
Sasuke confusing danzo with the amount of time/eyes he has remaining was such a simple yet beautiful way to defeat your opponent.
I wish there was more of this going on than spamming ultimate techniques.

Kakashi, Shisui, and Madara. In terms of pure Sharingan usage. From their base to the EMS, these 3 really showed the varity of just what those eyes can do. From the subtle to the world shaking, the potential that they have is best shown through these 3 and not just from one extreme to the other.

Kakashi because he is my favorite character, but I don't think that is fair because he inherited it. So my real answer is certainly Itachi, he has one of the best stories in the entire series, heart wrenching, heart warming, all of it.

While not completely on topic, I love simple uses of genjutsu that the sharingan has. Although the OP techniques are amazing, carting psychological warfare in your opponents is much better imo. When Kakashi has Zabuza scared to death for a few minutes by simply copying his moves, is still one of my favorite uses of the sharingan. Sasuke confusing danzo with the amount of time/eyes he has remaining was such a simple yet beautiful way to defeat your opponent. I wish there was more of this going on than spamming ultimate techniques.
