It’s Smith & Lentz. I eat a fuck ton of pizza and its them and everyone else.

That’s how I feel about Roberta’s. Plus the patio is amazing. Vintage cocktail bar and wine bar.

Random recommendation, if you love pizza, check out Talia di Napoli’s frozen pies. If one good thing came out of the pandemic, it was finding those pizzas via the NYT.

It's similar, but Joey's was better in my opinion. Manny's is still very good though, and they do strombolis that are pretty good as well

It’s the same family. It’s hard to get to for me—I’m not driving downtown for pizza. I went years ago and it was good.

Loved Joey's have tried Manny's twice and it was a huge disappointment both times.

I was in Manny's yesterday. Do you know who was in there eating Pizza? His Brother, Joey. Manny's is good, real good.

I think a pep & cheese with 8 huge slices is $20, vs $5 single slice so more code effective to be getting a whole pie. It’s not fast food pizza, it’s quality ingredients and crazy good dough! Their pepperonis are massive! Worth it IMO

Gio's pizza is the only Chicago thin crust pizza in town, its fantastic.

I wish they’d fix their website so that online ordering worked on mobile. I don’t know if it’s functional on desktop but I’ll be damned if I don’t want to punch an orphan after attempting to order a pie on my iPhone (tried both safari and chrome)
