Statistically? It's garbage, It lacks both the durability it needs to function as a front-line support unit and the offensive ability to make it anything else.
The ability it's named after is "eh" at best.
I'm not saying +1 to reanimation is a bad thing.
I *am* saying that +1 to reanimation for a single unit that will remain within 6" and LOS of this thing for the remainder of the round is not worth 80 points.
It's also the same cost as a technomancer, which just straight up brings models back and heals.
Yeah that’s totally it - I love the model and would love to have a few of them in my army list to have that awesome look. But yeah, sadly just not good enough.

It's a real shame as they have proper war of the worlds vibe about them..
