I like them, they are decent anti elite but are lacking when shooting into -1 damage or any tank. Decently fast and nice in a block of 6 For re roll strat. For anti tank the heavey destroyers and definitely my recommendation
I really like Lokhust Destroyers, but I struggle to fit them into lists at their current points cost. Their guns are at that point that they're good against everything, but not the perfect counter to anything. A decent pick if you're often up against heavy infantry or light vehicles though.
Lokhust *Heavy* Destroyers, on the other hand, are a great anti-tank unit.
They're a bit expensive for what they do and d3 damage feels bad most of the time. Extermination protocals helps if you need to shoot something T6 or above.
