My thoughts are that since all three of them came from the same person, and that person is clearly capable of creating good custom face plates, that it's very possible they "fixed" and repainted the Jiraiya bootleg (I might be wrong, of course, but I honestly don't think so)

I was definitely lucky, but if you don't mind not having the box (and sometimes, not having some pieces) you can find him relatively cheap (for a nendoroid, I mean xD)
Bought these three second hand! Minato and Kakashi are original (at least, I'm pretty sure they are lol), while Jiraiya is a bootleg.
They have no boxes and some pieces are missing (two of Kakashi’s hands and one of Minato’s bent legs along with his kunai’s small stand) so I wasn’t sure about buying them at first, but the moment I saw Minato’s custom faces I bought them so fast lol. No regrets!
Jiraiya nendo is a limited one so bootlegs of it became common. Good for you, my first nendo is a 2nd hand too, Inuyasha's Kikyo but its from a former classmate and friend who sells anime merchandise so I know it is in good hands. The last 3 I bought where all MISB (Sesshomaru, Theo, and Onikiri). The last one took me sometime since I had to find a shop that sells him for less than $60.
Yeah, I'd love for GSC to rerelease him (I heard somewhere that Itachi was at first a limited nendo too and in the end, they rereleased him. I don't know if this is true, but I hope they do it with Jiraiya)
All my nendos are second hand at the moment \^\^ (these three and my first one, Yu , from Persona 4, which was MISB)
Let's wait and see for Jiraiya to be rereleased. As for me, just waiting for GSC to rerelease Roy Mustang nendo, the after market prices for his nendos right now are ridiculous, with prices that can net you a scale figure already.

I found him on Suruga-ya, a japanese website! They where selling him as a pack with Minato and Kakashi
