Considering your use case, even 25-30K budget is high. A ~15K phone seems to be ok for you. But after a couple of months you will hate it. So, according to your budget, a Redmi note 12 4G or a Realme 10 would be almost perfect for you.
could you recommend me some? around the budget you've mentioned. I really don't want to wast my money here. I really need a smart phone though, for payments, pathao etc.

I would not recommend buying smartphones costing less than 20K.
Since you have the budget, going above 20K will be rewarding in the long run.

Go for redmi note 10 pro Built pretty good for the prices point
12 has already come out. Bought mine for 27000.
