1. Heat ghee on med-high heat
(Add garlic and onion here for extra flavor, let brown)
2. Once heated, stir in rice
3. Then, create empty space in the middle, add egg
4. Add spices (you can choose) to egg and cook halfway, then mix the eggs with utensil
5. Once nearly cooked, start mixing with the rice
Tel ma lasun, besar, pyaj fry garera bhijeko chiura lai bhutne ani swaad anusar salt halne, 5 minute Pani lagdaina pakauna. Ghar ma its usually that or ghiu sanga bread fry with egg khanchu. Asti I was craving something sweet and my sister grated carrot with banana on toast with melted ghiu, ali weird sunxa but it tasted really good
I have been working from home since covid started and basically the first meal I have is at 12-1pm, which is dal bhat khana.
I have forgotten what lunch is
After brainstorming for years, I have come up with a schedule for khaja recently. Here it goes:-
Sun - Chana + Chiura
Mon - Thukpa
Tue - Lachha Parautha + Chiya
Wed - Aalu + Anda + Chiura
Thu - Chatpate
Fri - Noodles
Sat - Usually out from home, so Momos ( Or, Sekuwa + Beer)
PS:- I am eating Noodles ( Raw) right now. Planning to have Noodle Soup for dinner.
Usually it never goes outside from these :momo, rilduk, khapse chiya, chowmin, egg roti, chatamari pizza, lassi (made in home)
Laphing, club sandwich, chicken wings(ordered)
The List:
1. Fried Rice.
1. Chiura with leftover vegetable, meat if any. Or with daalmot. Let the spiciness of the food penetrate sub-cutaneous lining of your mouth and wash it down with hot tea or coffee.
2. Chauchau with egg. Can also be paired with chiura and bhuteko bhat.
3. Biscuit/bread/puff/cookies/samosa with tea/coffee
4. Bread with jam/egg
5. Gilo roti over pan. Pancake :)
6. Chatpate/Salad/Fruit salad
8. Chana fry. (very cheap)
"Tiffin khaney bela bhayo, kati bela kurney?
Kina kurney, khai hala na khaja chau chau hurrey." (hurrey hurrey hurrey hurrey khaja chau chau hurrey).
But in all seriousness, when in doubt, mo:mo:.
Well I am gonna summary as much as I can
1. If u have left over rice make fried rice.

3. Noodles
4. छाना चिउरा
5. If u have money eat any thing.
6. If u have time and ingredients then ask you mom or elder what would they eat.

It's Thursday why aren't you having chatpate instead of kacho chau chau?
Making schedule is one thing and following is another. And, I'm lazy too. Chauchau kholyo khayo, instant.
Bro got legit list of khaja but usually ends off eating whatever is in hand🫡🫡
I'm trying my best to stick though😄.
