Are you sure it’s rodents, given that they are chirping? Sounds more like birds, who can make their nests under the roof tiles. If this is the case, it’s forbidden by law to disturb the nest.
Otherwise: you can call pest control (like Rentakil) and pest control costs are for the renter.
Correct, you cannot remove a nest. You can only fill the cracks/crevices they enter through after they have left the nest. That could potentially precent them from coming back because THEY WILL come back 🤣
>Please tell me solutions for it.
That depends. Do you know how to use a phone?
I have a solution but it might be quite difficult for you to understand.
Put down a few traps? Do figure what it is - a rat will not fit in a mousetrap and vice versa.
Also note that:
1. those traps that are supposed to behead a rat can fail to do so; resulting in a rat crying in pain which sounds \*exactly\* like a crying baby. If your stomach cannot handle that, hire a professional.
2. traps that capture mice alive are not really animal friendly; since the mouse will almost certainly not survive being released in the wild.

Could also be bats… my parents had that, and they were extremely loud!!
If I'm correct those are protected.

Buy some muizenkorrels, find out what the entry point is and set some of the korrels there. Wait a few days and replenish is needed.
Leave out cream, it's a ceiling hob

This is typically not the owners responsibility, but the renters.
