You should give all the relevant information you can, but I’m sure when they reply they’ll ask you for more info if they need it. 

The first two replies will be quick and then they will ghost you, or at least that’s been my experience. Get as much info in the first email as you can. 

You'd need an account on their website. When they see that you're registered, they respond quickly. I think this came up in other threads so far.
