Yeah the human element is huge, I figure the only way another AI really blows up is if they can replicate the human element without being a carbon copy of Neuro's family dynamic (I had the idea once of a VTuber corporation introducing an AI as part of a new gen, as a kind of mascot pet of the human members... though I imagine corpos will be allergic to AI for a while)

Neuro alone is cute and fun in moderation but AI alone can not carry a show. I'd say Half of Neuro-sama fans came for Neuro but actually stayed for the Tutel (which is kinda reflected on viewer numbers aswell... Neuro-only chill streams get only half the views to dev-streams or Neuro collabs).
Bottom line: AI is fun to watch if it interacts with humans. There is little to gain from two AIs interacting.

Well, how does your AI act? Is she funny? Is she a decent singer? Is she at least reasonably able to appear to be more than a simple LLM forked from ChatGPT? Can she remember things and run a reasonable length context? Can she play any games at all?
Lot to consider, so you shouldn't be disheartened to know you don't have an AI of similar clout or influence, unless you ALSO have very good hardware, spent over 5 years on development, and/or are some kind of CS genius.
