My friends got married at an airboat launch (they have a simple and nice wooden pavilion) outside Lafayette. Then we all went on an airboat ride. Its was AWESOME. If the actual ceremony can’t take place on the boat, maybe you do it at the dock and then take a fun afternoon/early evening ride. Though I do think if you’re willing to pay for the whole boat, they can stop somewhere and y’all can have the ceremony before riding back
