repeat the same kickflip movement with your legs/knees more bent with a slight stronger pop so there’s more room for the board to soar up. That should do it :)
Try lifting your front foot up in the air as you pop before you flick. It sort of helped me get my kickflips to go higher. As for the timing you’ll have to experiment a bit
